Training
Once you have completed our on site training program in Toronto, you will receive our Operations Manuals as reference to the methods of making your new venture a success. The Reliable Business Systems Start Up Manual gives in depth procedures covering topics such as; how to hire employees, create safety policy, right through to the daily operations of conducting business as an accessibility builder / renovator.
Support
Reliable Independent Living Services® considers our franchisee's as partners in our business. We are dedicated to ensuring the success of our partners and offer unlimited access to the information & tools created online for use 24 hours a day. In addition to access of our online RILSline database, our franchisee partners will gain unlimited access to our technical support personnel, should additional support be needed, anytime!
Management System
Running day-to-day business can be a challenge! Reliable Independent Living Services® has partnered with Centah Systems for the creation of our web based CRM system. Our online CRM software solution gives our franchisee partners the capability of receiving or entering all new client leads, scheduling appointments, creating new proposals, scheduled follow up reminders, entering in and tracking sales, scheduling projects and ensuring high level client satisfaction by gaining unlimited access to our easy to use, online calender based customer relationship management tool.
